Who we are

These terms apply to your use of the Blue Diamond Prints website and online store, and to any purchase you make from it.

Blue Diamond Prints is a trading name used by an individual seller operating from South Africa. We sell digital products — downloadable PDF books, workbooks, activity books, journals and planners — that you download and print yourself. Nothing is physically posted to you.

Agreeing to these terms

By browsing the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

If you are buying on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

Digital products

Everything sold on this store is a digital download. When your payment is completed, you will receive access to a secure download link for a print-ready PDF file.

Because the products are digital, they are delivered instantly online and cannot be returned in the way a physical item can. Please make sure you have the software needed to open and print PDF files before you buy.

Your licence to use the files

A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and use the PDF for your own personal or household use, or for use in a single classroom.

You may print and use the file as often as you like within that licence.

What you may not do

To keep our work fair for everyone, please do not:

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the files, in whole or in part.
• Share the files publicly or upload them to file-sharing or storage sites where others can download them.
• Include the files in any product or service that you sell.
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark or branding notices in the files.
• Reverse engineer, modify or extract the source material of the files.
• Use the website or products for any unlawful, fraudulent or infringing purpose, or in a way that could damage, overload or disrupt the service.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay. Titles may be withdrawn or revised; any file you have already bought remains yours.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card and payment details are handled securely by the provider and are not stored on our servers.

Paddle as our payment provider

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Your account and information

You agree to provide accurate, current information when placing an order and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account and payment details secure and for any activity carried out under them.

Please make sure the email address you provide at checkout is correct, as your download link and order confirmation will be sent there.

Our intellectual property

All content on this website and in our products — including text, illustrations, layouts, branding and design — is owned by Blue Diamond Prints and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The licence you receive on purchase lets you use the file as described above; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.

Service availability

We aim to keep the website and your download links available and working, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

Download links may expire or be limited for security reasons. If a link does not work, contact us and we will re-issue it so you never lose access to what you have bought.

Refunds

Our approach to refunds is set out in our Refund Policy. Because our products are delivered instantly as digital files, please read that policy before purchasing.

Limitation of liability

Our products are educational and creative materials supplied on an "as is" basis. They are intended to support learning and creativity but are not professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, except where the law does not allow such a limit to apply (for example, in cases of fraud or where personal injury is caused by our negligence).

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the website and to your downloads where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or a security risk, or repeated or serious misuse of the service.

Ending access does not affect rights or amounts already owed, and sections of these terms that should naturally survive (such as intellectual property and liability) remain in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be dealt with by the South African courts, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
